Shipping Policy

At Venus and Son, every embroidered item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping options and timeframes below.

All orders are handmade and typically ship within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.
During busy seasons or for large/custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer

We offer three delivery options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipping.
Rush Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipping. Rush orders move to the top of our queue and ship as quickly as possible.

(Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you’re local to San Antonio, Texas, we offer free local pickup by appointment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier and do our best to assist.
