At Venus and Son, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom or personalized, all sales are final once your order has been approved and production has begun.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily review and make it right with a replacement or correction.

Quality & Handmade Variation

Please note that slight variations in stitching, color tone, or placement are part of the handmade nature of embroidery and make each piece unique.
